Tamosi Obana-Oyo Belize 2006 (58,6%)

This single cask release from Tamosi Rum originates from Belize and was distilled in 2006. The name “Obana-Oyo” reflects a specific selection style within the Tamosi range, focusing on purity and origin.

Aged for 16 years, the rum has developed a deep and concentrated character where tropical maturation and cask influence are clearly present. Bottled at a higher strength and without additives, it retains its full character.

On the nose, rich notes of dried fruit, honey and vanilla appear, supported by light spice and oak. The palate is full and powerful with caramel, oak and ripe fruit, complemented by spices and a slight bitterness. The finish is long and warming with lingering oak and spice.
