Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan (42%)

Trois Rivières Cuvée de l’Océan is a terroir-driven expression crafted from sugar cane grown on coastal plots in southern Martinique. The influence of sea breeze and saline air contributes to its distinctive maritime character.

This unaged rhum agricole is distilled from fresh cane juice in a Creole column still and briefly rested in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic clarity and freshness. Bottled at 42% ABV, it delivers greater body and aromatic intensity.

The nose reveals fresh cane, lime and green apple, supported by a pronounced mineral and lightly saline note. On the palate, it is crisp and lively with citrus zest, white pepper and a clear maritime minerality.

The finish is dry and refreshing, defined by lingering saline nuances that set it apart from more classic white agricoles.
