Trois Rivières Vieux 12YO (42%)

Trois Rivières Vieux 12 Year Old is a long-aged rhum agricole from Martinique, produced under AOC regulations. Matured for a minimum of twelve years in oak casks in the island’s tropical climate, it develops notable concentration and refined oak integration.

Extended ageing creates a deep and layered aromatic profile. The nose reveals candied orange, vanilla and dried fruit, followed by cocoa, light tobacco and subtle spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious with notes of caramel, prunes, toasted oak and gentle spice. The wood influence is pronounced yet well integrated, preserving the agricole character.

The finish is long, warm and elegantly dry, lingering with cocoa, oak and refined spice.
