This is a delightful and moreish whisky with subtle hints of peat smoke on the palate which complement the vanilla notes from the oak and the fruitiness of the spirit.

Sortilège Maple Cream combines the same exceptional flavours of Canadian whisky and Quebec maple syrup, with just a touch of cream. The result is a smooth drink that exudes a blend of exquisite flavours.

The nose on this whisky is unmistakably High Coast. Opening with clean, chiselled peat smoke then fresh orchard fruit and icing sugar showing with time.

Siol Dugall is a medium peated expression crafted using a blend of select casks. Virgin American casks, Kentucky Bourbon casks, and re-charred Portuguese red wine barriques have been expertly combined to create a unique whiskey.

Belonging to the distillery’s Classics Collection, the rich and bold, fruity notes which result from maturation in highly active STR (Shaved, Toasted and Re-charred) ex-red wine barriques.
