1423 S.B.S El Salvador Port Cask 2013 (57%)

S.B.S El Salvador 2013 Port Cask Finish is a single cask release from the Single Barrel Selection series by 1423 World Class Spirits. Distilled in 2013 in El Salvador, the rum later received a finishing period in port casks, adding depth and fruity complexity to its character.

This additional maturation introduces notes of red fruit and raisins alongside caramel and gentle spice. The influence of the port cask also adds a subtle wine-like richness that complements the rum’s natural sweetness.

Bottled at 57% ABV, the rum remains powerful and full-bodied with flavours of dried berries, dark sugar and soft oak leading into a long and warming finish.
