Australian single estate rum from Beenleigh, aged 4 years in ex-bourbon casks. Smooth and approachable with fruity notes, light spice and subtle oak, supported by the character of pot still distillation.

A 12-year-old rum from Nicaragua bottled by an independent bottler. Notes of caramel, cocoa and dried fruit create an approachable profile with gentle oak and subtle spice.

Cane Island Five Icon Blend is a blend of molasses rums from various backgrounds. Each type of distillation is represented, as we have pot-still, traditional column, and modern column.

A single-island blend: rum components from various Jamaican distilleries, such as Worthy Park Estate, Monymusk Estate, Hampden Estate, and New Yarmouth Estate, are combined into a single final product. Smooth with a light spiciness and sweet fruitiness.

Smooth 7-year-old Single Estate rum with notes of vanilla, honey, caramel and ripe fruit. Balanced and rounded with gentle spice and warm oak influence.

An 8-year-old rum from Trinidad, made from molasses and tropically aged in former bourbon casks. Ripe banana, oak and gentle spice give it a rounded style with a soft, smooth finish.
