Mount Gay Eclipse is the entry-level expression from the oldest continuously operating rum distillery in the world. Produced entirely in Barbados, it combines pot and column still distillates, resulting in a familiar yet accessible style.

The profile is straightforward and open, with a focus on light spice and ripe fruit. Notes of banana and vanilla are complemented by a subtle touch of smoke and oak, without becoming heavy.

On the palate, it remains smooth and direct, with gentle sweetness and soft spice adding character. The finish is short to medium, lightly dry and well balanced.
