This 12-year-old rum from Patridom is produced in the Dominican Republic at Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos and bottled by 1423 Spirits. Within the range, this release places more emphasis on maturation and structure, with a clearer oak influence.

Distilled in column stills, the rum is aged for 12 years in both American and French oak casks under tropical conditions. This combination of casks contributes to a broader development, balancing vanilla, spice and light fruit.

On the nose, warm notes of vanilla, caramel and pastry are supported by light fruit and soft oak. The palate is full and rounded with brown sugar, coconut and oak, remaining balanced throughout. The finish is lingering with gentle spice and soft wood tones.
