Patridom XO (42%)

This rum from Patridom is produced in the Dominican Republic at Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos and bottled by 1423 Spirits. Within the range, this XO represents a more mature style with greater emphasis on cask development.

Distilled in column stills, the rum is aged for approximately 12 to 15 years in both American and French oak casks under tropical conditions. This dual cask approach adds structure and depth.

On the nose, spiced notes appear alongside beeswax and ripe fruit. The palate is full and balanced with fruity tones, supported by vanilla, coconut and oak. The finish is soft and lingering with gentle spice and wood.
