The 1731 Central America Blend is produced in a small badge andcombines three wonderful, traditional distilled Column Still rums from Central-America.

Single Barrel Selection Belize 2011 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a column still in 2011. The rum has matured in an ex-Stauning Whisky cask and is bottled at 59,5% abv. in August 2023.
