Saint James Imperial Blanc (40%)

Saint James Imperial Blanc (40%) is a classic rhum agricole from Martinique, distilled from fresh sugar cane juice in accordance with the island’s AOC regulations. This production method gives the rum its distinctive fresh, vegetal and lightly spicy character. The nose shows notes of fresh cane, citrus and green apple, followed by a lively, dry palate with hints of lime, white pepper and subtle floral nuances. The finish is crisp, fresh and elegant.
