Saint James Royal Ambre (40%)

Saint James Royal Ambré (40%) is a classic rhum agricole from Martinique, produced under the island’s AOC regulations and distilled from fresh sugar cane juice. This amber rum is aged for several months in oak casks, adding roundness and subtle wood influence while preserving the fresh agricole character.

The nose reveals notes of cane, light vanilla and gentle spices. The palate is smooth and approachable with hints of caramel, toasted oak and refined spice. The finish is soft, lightly dry and elegant.

A versatile rum that works beautifully in classic cocktails such as a Mai Tai or Rum Punch, yet is equally enjoyable neat or over ice.
