Shrubb J.M. - Liqueur d'Orange (35%)

Shrubb J.M Liqueur d’Orange is a traditional Caribbean orange liqueur crafted from J.M rhum agricole from Martinique. This classic “shrubb” is produced by blending aged agricole rum with macerations of both bitter and sweet orange peels, complemented by a subtle selection of spices. The result is a structured and characterful orange liqueur with depth and intensity.

The nose is led by candied orange peel, fresh citrus oils and warm spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, combining natural sweetness with a lively bittersweet edge. Flavours of orange zest, vanilla and gentle spice are supported by the depth of the underlying agricole rum.

The finish is warm, aromatic and lightly bittersweet, with a long citrus-driven persistence.

Shrubb J.M is highly versatile: ideal in festive punches or paired with sparkling wine, and excellent in cocktails requiring a more robust, less sugary orange liqueur. It can also be enjoyed neat or over ice to highlight its rum base.
