This bottle was produced at Ailsa Bay Distillery, and has previously been marketed as Dalrymple. Ailsa bay distillery was built to produce a Balvenie style of malt for blends such as monkey shoulder.

A warming and smoky version of Lochlea single malt through the use of ex-Islay barrels and peated quarter casks. The colour of the label reflects the icy winters on the plains of Ayrshire.

Daftmill is a family-run farm distillery, and spirit production only takes place in the farm's quiet periods – midsummer and winter, so it's always exciting to see a new release.

Specially aged in former Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez de la Frontera. Berry and cherry jam with dark chocolate and ginger cookies and cinnamon!

Specially aged in Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred wine barriques from Spain. sweet and spicy at the same time with plums and red berries, dark toffee, clove and cinnamon followed by a pleasant smoky tone. Very soft and wonderfully supple.

Embra has received positive reviews, including a score of 92 points from Whisky Advocate, which praised the whisky for its light and sweet character with subtle smoke notes.
The whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks, Islay quarte

The whisky is matured in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a balance of sweet malty notes and fruity yeast aromas, enveloped by warm, spicy vanilla influences.

The Daftmill 15YO is a rare Lowland single malt, produced at the Cuthbert family's farm distillery in Fife. Distilled in 2006 from Chariot barley, it has matured for 15 years in 28 first-fill ex-bourbon casks.

A cask strength gem matured in Bourbon, Amontillado & PX sherry casks. Rich notes of vanilla fudge, honeyed fruit, toffee & spice lead to a warm, lingering finish. 60.2% ABV, non-chill filtered, natural colour.

Powerful Holyrood Single Cask at 63.3%, lightly peated and natural colour. Creamy, chocolate-rich and subtly smoky with a long sweet finish. An intense, layered Lowland single malt showing pure cask strength.

Elegant Annandale 2016 Man O’Sword: golden amber, soft and syrupy with stewed fruit, warm spice, subtle smoke and cake-like sweetness. Long, warming finish with lingering spice and sweet oak.

Powerful Annandale single malt matured in an Oloroso sherry butt. Rich notes of dried fruits, chocolate, and warm spices. At 59.6%, cask #755 delivers depth, intensity, and a long, warming finish.
