Boschendal 1685 Sauvignon Blanc (13,5%)

Light straw yellow in colour with a subtle green hue. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, passion fruit and white pear, complemented by hints of fresh grass and flint. The palate is crisp with a lightly rounded texture and a fresh, aromatic finish.

This world-famous Sauvignon Blanc is recognised by its distinctive blue capsule and iconic 1685 bottle. The wine is made from grapes sourced from the cooler climates of South Africa’s Coastal Region. Its proximity to the ocean, combined with vineyards located between 15 and 400 metres above sea level, creates a notably cooler climate than lower-lying areas.
