Botran 75th Anniversary is a celebratory release that shows the richer, more layered side of the house. This set was built from Family Private Reserve rums aged between 5 and 30 years, all produced in Guatemala and matured across a wide range of casks: white American oak that previously held American whiskey, re-charred barrels, old sherry casks, port casks and casks that once contained selected South American wines. That combination gives the rum a notably broad profile in which fruit, oak, soft sweetness and spice are woven together with ease.

In the glass, it opens generously with apricot, red fruit, grapes and raisins, followed by maple syrup, vanilla, citrus and gentle spice. The palate stays silky and rich, carrying honey, ripe fruit, nutty accents and a warm spiced thread that lingers beautifully. The range of casks brings added depth and a darker, more mature character, while keeping the whole profile rounded and composed.
