The rum is a 31-year-old Guyanese rum from the now closed Enmore distillery. Distilled on the iconic Versailles single wooden vat still, it bears the marque KFM, signifying its origins on the Lusignan Plantation.
Distilled on a Column Still in 2000 at Trinidad Distllers Limited, this molasses based rum spent 16 years ageing in a tropical climate before being moved to Europe for a further 6 years of aging.
Single Batch (Blended) Rums. So limited batches of blends that have slightly heavier profiles and better bridge the gap to single casks. This is the first edition of that series.
A pure celebration of two of the greatest rum making nations in the world. This rum combines a single marque of heavy potstill rum from Jamaica with rum from de double wooden vatstill in Guyana brought into balance with some Guyanese column still rum.
Distilled on a Column Still in 2005, this molasses based rum spent 12 years on French oak casks in Venezuela. The rum was then moved to England for a year where it was transferred into an ex-rum cask, before it aged for a further four years in Amsterdam.
This limited coutry release of Tamosi was distilled at the Diamond Distillery on the Diamond Metal Coffey Still in 2008. After 13 years of aging it was finished in an Irish pot still whiskey cask before bottling.
