Company Distilling is forging its own path with this bourbon. The base is a smooth wheated bourbon that ages fully according to traditional bourbon rules in new charred oak barrels. This is followed by an innovative maple wood finish, a technique co-developed by Jeff Arnett after his years of experience at Jack Daniel's.
TASTING NOTES:
In the aroma, notes of caramel, cinnamon toast, and green apple combine with a light hint of fresh wood.
The taste is creamy and accessible, with layers of vanilla, butter caramel, baked apple, and soft spices. The influence of the maple wood does not result in an overly sweet character, but rather adds a refined, slightly spicy woody tone that pairs beautifully with the classic bourbon flavors.
The finish is smooth, with oak, cinnamon, and a subtle touch of maple that lingers pleasantly for a long time.
