Don Papa Alon, made on the island of Negros, is distilled from 100% local sugarcane molasses and then infused with iconic ingredients from Philippine culinary heritage: toasted coconut, jackfruit and chili pepper.
This original creation pays homage to the tradition of Ginataang Langka, a tropical dish with rich and warm flavors.
Please note, this Don Papa Alon comes without a tube. This new version can be reserved for delivery in July starting today.
Tasting Notes
