Don Papa Baroko (40%)

Don Papa Baroko is distilled in the Philippines from a variety of molasses known as 'black gold'. It comes from one of the country's local sugar cane farms. After distillation, it is aged for several years in barrels of American oak, after which it is up to the brand's Master Distiller to select the right barrels to be blended into the Don Papa Baroko.

Central to the character of this Don Papa rum is vanilla. This is abundantly present in the aroma and flavour where it further merges with lively notes of juicy fruit, sweetness and a hint of oak. Drink Don Papa's Baroko neat, on the rocks or in your favourite rum cocktail.
