With Alon, Don Papa focuses on local ingredients to shape the character of the rum. Produced on Negros from molasses, it is infused with elements such as toasted coconut, jackfruit and chilli, creating a distinctive style.

These ingredients bring a clearly tropical direction. Coconut and ripe fruit form the base, complemented by fresh citrus and a light spice from the chilli. Vanilla and gentle sweetness add roundness and balance.

In the glass, this results in a full and aromatic rum, with notes of tropical fruit such as mango and pineapple, alongside creamy coconut and a subtle spicy edge. The finish remains smooth, combining fruit, spice and light sweetness.
