Experimental is made with a combination of bourbon barrels and recharred casks, including an all-malt peated grain whisky from Loch Lomond that was distilled in a copper Coffey still.

SCHOTLAND / 0.70 liter, 52.8% ABV

Rich XO rum with notes of vanilla, caramel, toffee and toasted oak. Full and smooth with hints of dried fruit and a long, warm finish.

This Shizuoka Pot Still "K" comes exclusively from the Karuizawa kettle and is distilled entirely from Scottish grain. 45% of this was peated and 55% unpeated. This produced a lightly-smoked whisky.

Double aged rum finished in vermouth casks. Notes of caramel, orange peel and aromatic herbs create a gently bittersweet profile with an elegant finish.

HARVEST 2016 & 2017, 100% Pot Still, 4,002 numbered bottles. This rum is an incredibly complex blend, bringing to life the intricacies of St. Lucy, Barbados, and the Mount Gay Estate terroir.

The March 2022 distillation date and aging in a previously used cognac oak cask gives this version a unique flavor profile. It combines the toasty and vanilla characteristics from the barrel with the fresh and vibrant essence of pure cane juice distillate
