In case of cancellation of tickets, NO credit will be issued.
Ticket purchases cannot be canceled under the Distance Selling Act. The purchase and sale of tickets falls under the exception for time-bound products. With regard to these time-bound products, the consumer (due to the time-bound nature of tickets) is not entitled to cancellation under this Act.
