To mark 5 years of the Experimental range, Christian Drouin partnered with Springbank. A 19-year-old Pays d’Auge calvados was finished in ex-Springbank casks, creating a rich, smoky limited edition of just 2,130 bottles.

Le Gin de Christian Drouin – Calvados Cask Finish matures for over a year in ten-year-old Calvados casks. The result: a round, complex gin with enhanced apple aromas, limited to just 2,850 bottles per batch.

Experimental Series No. 7 – Calvados x Rhum JM: A 10-year-old Pays d’Auge Calvados finished for eight months in JM rhum agricole casks. Aromas of vanilla, roasted apple, and apricot with a bold yet balanced palate. Limited edition.

Long Pond Angels is a 14-year-old Calvados Pays d'Auge, aged for 7 months in old French oak barrels that previously contained the exceptional Jamaica Long Pond ITP 1995 rum

Christian Drouin’s Pira Gin blends Domfront pears with juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper, and iris root. Distilled for full aroma, it offers fresh white fruit, spice, and floral notes — perfect neat or with tonic and a pear garnish.

The eighth edition of Christian Drouins Experimental series is a 19-year-old Pays d'Auge Calvados aged for 17 months in ex-rum barrels from the Foursquare distillery.
