Made from 100% sugarcane molasses sourced from the Mount Gay Estate, fermented and distilled on-site, and then matured in American oak barrels, this rum offers a unique expression of terroir and craftsmanship.
This rum is distilled in copper pot stills, where the fully fermented molasses from estate-grown sugarcane is converted into spirit. After fermentation, the liquor passes through traditional copper stills , contributing to a complex aroma profile with rich flavors and structure.
