Rhum J.M. XO(45%)

Rhum J.M XO is one of the house’s flagship expressions, demonstrating how extended tropical ageing elevates the agricole style. This cuvée is composed of carefully selected rums aged for a minimum of six years in Martinique’s warm, humid climate, resulting in remarkable concentration and depth.

Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and new toasted American oak casks, the rum gains both roundness and structure while allowing the original cane character to evolve into a rich and harmonious profile.

The nose reveals toasted oak, vanilla and candied orange peel, followed by cocoa, ripe stone fruit and subtle spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and layered with notes of caramel, dried fruit, light tobacco and elegant oak. Bottled at 45% ABV, it brings additional power and focus to the overall profile.

The finish is long, warm and delicately spiced, with lingering fruit, oak and cocoa.
