A 24-year-old Caroni from Trinidad, distilled in 1998 and bottled at cask strength. Oak, dark notes, spice and a classic Caroni signature give this single cask depth and length.

A single cask rum from Trinidad, distilled in 2008 and finished in a Sauvignon Blanc wine cask. Fresh fruit, floral notes, spice and a lively finish give this release a brighter and more distinctive profile than oak alone would suggest.

This already matured rum from Guyana-Trinidad has been finished for over three years in an Edradour whisky cask. The aroma has fruit, hints of Jamaica rum, some oak, banana, fruitcake, and vanilla.

A 21-year-old single cask rum from Trinidad, distilled in 2003 and bottled at 60% ABV. Mint, oak, caramel and dark fruit shape a concentrated, dry and long style.

A beautiful, smooth rum combines peat smoke, powerful whisky, and soft tropical fruit notes, thanks to maturation in a peated Bowmore whisky cask. You'll smell peat smoke, toffee, tropical fruit, a touch of oak, spice, and vanilla.
