Trinidad Distillers Limited. 11 years in Bourbon casks, 2 years in Ferrand casks. Finished 9 months in Sauvignon Blanc wine cask.

This already matured rum from Guyana-Trinidad has been finished for over three years in an Edradour whisky cask. The aroma has fruit, hints of Jamaica rum, some oak, banana, fruitcake, and vanilla.

A blend of matured, high-ester distillates from Caribbean countries from Britain's colonial past: Guyana (Demerara), Trinidad, Barbados and Jamaica.

Distilled on a Column Still in 2000 at Trinidad Distllers Limited, this molasses based rum spent 16 years ageing in a tropical climate before being moved to Europe for a further 6 years of aging.

Cane Island Rum currently offers rum from some of the most iconic rum-producing countries: Barbados, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, Guadeloupe, Belize, and Nicaragua.

This Guyana-Trinidad rum has been aged for an additional four years in a Pulteney whisky cask. From the glass, aromas of tropical fruit and fudge rise with light rum notes, a touch of oak, vanilla, whisky, and a hint of mint.

This Caroni is very balanced, with pastry, floral aromas and of course the hydrocarbon/petrol that is so unique to the distillery. Only 194 bottles in the world.

A beautiful, smooth rum combines peat smoke, powerful whisky, and soft tropical fruit notes, thanks to maturation in a peated Bowmore whisky cask. You'll smell peat smoke, toffee, tropical fruit, a touch of oak, spice, and vanilla.

Round and rich, with butter toffee and banana cream to start. Soft cinnamon and allspice build with more fruit, towards a chocolate-coffee finish.
