Blood Oak gets its name from being aged in bourbon and red wine casks, which contributed to some deep crimson hues. It contains a hint of spice with notes of red fruit and ginger.
Specially aged in Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred wine barriques from Spain. sweet and spicy at the same time with plums and red berries, dark toffee, clove and cinnamon followed by a pleasant smoky tone. Very soft and wonderfully supple.
