Don Papa Baroko is distilled in the Philippines from a variety of molasses known as 'black gold'. It comes from one of the country's local sugar cane farms. After distillation, it is aged for several years in barrels of American oak, after which it is up to the brand's Master Distiller to select the right barrels to be blended into the Don Papa Baroko.
