The rum from Negros Island is infused with calamansi, a fresh local citrus fruit, alongside siling labuyo chilli and honey. The result leans more towards aroma and spice than traditional cask-driven rum styles.

Bright citrus and sweet fruit appear immediately, followed by honey and gentle warming spice. The chilli adds extra energy without becoming overly sharp, keeping the profile smooth and approachable.
