Don Papa Rum Sevillana (40%)

With Sevillana, Don Papa focuses on cask influence from Spain. After initial ageing in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, the rum undergoes a further 36 months of maturation in two types of Spanish casks.

These include Oloroso sherry casks and casks that previously held Naranja wine, a traditional orange wine from Andalusia. This combination gives the rum a different direction compared to the standard range.

In the glass, citrus plays a key role, with orange peel notes supported by nutty elements and hints of dried fruit. Vanilla and gentle spice from the oak remain present, keeping the overall style smooth and approachable.

A Philippine rum shaped by Spanish cask ageing, bringing forward citrus notes and added richness.
