Planetary Isle of Fiji (40%)

Planteray Rum Isle of Fiji is made from Fijian sugarcane that thrives in the volcanic soil of this island and from very pure spring water. All the sugarcane is traditionally harvested by hand and subsequently processed into molasses at the local sugar mill in Lautoka. Double aged: first in Fiji in ex-bourbon casks, then during sea transport (dynamic aging), and finally in France for the second phase of the double aging process. This ensures warm notes of exotic fruit and raisins and a rich, round finish.
