A fine award-winning amber hued Cask Aged Golden Rum. This remarkably developed and complex medium-aged rum has a distinctive delicate taste and is aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon oak barrels.

This 8 Year Old rum is a complex fusion of a full flavoured, heavy bodied rum with light-to-medium bodied rums aged in bourbon oak casks

The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

The El Dorado 15 Year Old is artfully blended using marques from the EHP Wooden Coffey, the Metal Coffey, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still.

Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Round, mellow, full bodied palate with rich flavours of fruit and spice.

This limited coutry release of Tamosi was distilled at the Diamond Distillery on the Diamond Metal Coffey Still in 2008. After 13 years of aging it was finished in an Irish pot still whiskey cask before bottling.

The Guyana Diamond Rum 19 years old 2002 Adelphi Selection is a Guyana rum from the Diamond distillery bottled by the independent bottler Adelphi.

This is a delightfully elegant and lightly fruity rum. A luscious bed of honey aromas develops into dry menthol notes. The palate is dry, initially, until the honey gathers pace to give succulent bursts of sweet fruit.

The distillation boiler is not only the oldest wooden column boiler in the world, but also the oldest working column boiler. After closing in 1993, the distillery was moved to its current location, the Diamond Distillery in Georgetown.

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum is a full-bodied rum with quite a few warmer spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, as well as honey and vanilla. The finish is very long and surprisingly smooth, considering the high alcohol content.
