Traditional Haitian clairin (55.2% ABV) made from sugarcane juice from Saint-Michel-de-l’Attalaye. Spontaneous fermentation and distilled in a small pot still, without filtration or additives. Intensely aromatic: cane, floral, spicy and funky.

Traditional Haitian clairin made from sugarcane juice from Cavaillon. Spontaneous fermentation and distilled on a homemade copper short column still (≈10 trays), direct-fired. Bottled without filtration or additives. Fresh, grassy, floral and spicy.

Habitation Velier Providence White is produced entirely from Cristalline sugar cane grown in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye. The first fermentation is distilled between 25 and 30% alcohol in a 380-liter Müller boiler.

From the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, in the heart of the capital of Haiti, comes the first Providence aged. The Cristalline sugar cane used for Providence rums comes from Michel Sajous
