The Plantation Fiji Islands 2004 is a delightful rum that displays a unique balance between wood and fruit notes. It has a rich and complex flavor profile that starts off with a sweet aroma of molasses, followed by subtle hints of coconut and vanilla.

Demerara Distillers Limited. 13 years in Bourbon casks, 1 year in Ferrand casks.Finished 7 months in Teeling Single Malt Irish whiskey cask. Rich, woody and spicy, round and fruity.

Trinidad Distillers Limited. 11 years in Bourbon casks, 2 years in Ferrand casks. Finished 9 months in Sauvignon Blanc wine cask.

American oak barrels play host to this rum where it ages for three to four years. Next a woody and nutmeg palette is drawn out in Ferrand French oak casks as the rum continues to mature for one to two years.
